Happy 3rd Birthday Topaz Pole Fitness!

Topaz Pole Academy is a pole fitness class based at Arleston Community Centre providing professional pole fitness tuition to people of all ages and fitness levels.  The academy was set up by Kayleigh in 2022 and is celebrating its 3rd birthday in March. 

Kayleigh loved pole from the first time she tried it and wanted to share her passion with others to help grow confidence, stay fit and socialise. Classes started with a small group of attendees and 2 poles; it has now grown into a beautiful community of people who all have a mutual interest and support each other. Friends have been made, they have social days out, group merchandise for sale and classes are usually booked up in advance! 

As a teacher Kayleigh takes great pride in watching students’ progress through what is quite a hard sport. “Students tell me that they love the way I teach as its easy for them to understand the moves. I get so excited for them when they nail a move they have been trying to get.”  Future plans for the academy include more classes and eventually a dedicated studio in Telford with permanent poles and mirrors. 

Classes run at Arleston Community Centre 3 times per week (Tuesday and Friday evenings and Sunday afternoon) and can be booked here: Topaz Pole Fitness
