Arleston Community Centre

“Bringing Communities Together”

Arleston Community Centre is the only community centre in Wellington, quietly located in the heart of the community of Arleston, you can find us just off the Dawley Road, behind the local shops.

Since 2016 it has been run by a small group of Trustees who are all enthusiastic volunteers and passionate about making our Community Centre a vibrant and active community hub for the residents of Arleston, the wider community of Wellington and beyond.

Arleston Community Centre is a welcoming facility which has recently been refurbished as a result of a successful grant application from Veolia. Our large hall is a versatile space and provides easy access to chairs, tables and storage around the room, It will comfortably hold 50 people in as variety of configurations.

We also have a meeting room which can accommodate a maximum of 15 people and is ideally suited for 1:1, small groups and meetings or sessions up to 12.  We have Excellent catering facilities, access to free wi-fi and wheelchair access, together with on-site car parking, looking over a green area with a small play area for children.

The centre hosts a variety of activities and groups during the week, including youth club, Learn Telford courses, mixed martial arts, pole fitness, baby & toddler music group, film club, craft & coffee group, Councillor coffee morning/surgery and many more.  It is also available at weekend for private functions such as children's parties and family functions.
